Hello, and thank you for taking an interest in my profile. I have been involved in various athletics as long as I can remember. Baseball, basketball, football, and, of course, wrestling. I love athletics, the camaraderie, discipline, coaching, training and structure. Since I started wrestling in 2021 I have come to love the sport and all of the great things that come along with it. I have had highs and lows and have learned from every one of them. I enjoy competing with my teammates, who are, in many ways, also my brothers. We all work hard and are always trying to make each other better. That's what the team part of the sport is. And then, when I'm on the mat and in the circle, with an opponent, I know that I have to be focused and concentrate on being my very best, because I know that all of us who wrestle never give less than 100 percent.
When I get to college I hope to find a career and academic path that I can excel in. I am not quite sure what I would like to do right now. I take my studies and grades seriously and understand that being a college athlete entails being equally good at both my sport and my chosen academic field.
I am a good candidate for your team because I am a team first person. I will always work hard for my teammates, my coaches, my school and myself. I know that my character, morals and ethics count everyday and for every day of my life. I want to be someone who my friends, opponents and peers will always say was a stand up person, reliable and someone that they would say anyone else should aspire to be.
