Throughout playing sports I have found that there is nothing better than knowing that you have worked your hardest to get where you are. With the sports I have played I have always strived to be the best and coming into wrestling I was probably the worst in the room because I have never wrestled before. I realize that one day isn’t going to fix everything and that many revisions take months and sometimes years to make. I had never thought about wrestling and in fact I didn’t know what it was until 7th grade when some friends of mine were talking about it, and finally the next year when I moved schools I had decided I should give it a try. From that day forward I had a new love and I knew that everyday was a day to better myself.
I take this same approach in school and only want to do my best. I know what I can achieve and so I always strive for this. I have been through an injury and this changed my approach to everything. Before the injury I was thinking of baseball but now I am no longer able to do that so all my time and effort have been switched to wrestling. This coming off season I will be attending many open tournaments and many camps to hone my skills.
