Who is DJ Cowhey and what can he do for your wrestling program?

I am a high school student at Cypress Ranch HS in Cypress, TX (Class of 2020) who is passionate about the sport of wrestling.  I am focused and driven yet open-minded and extremely coachable.  I work together with my coaches and teammates to constantly improve as a wrestler.  I have clear goals and learn best through experiences on the mat in both practices and matches.

What I most enjoy about wrestling is the sole reliance on one's performance.  "Daddy Ball" doesn't exist.  What you put out on the mat and the score you receive at the end of six minutes dictates one's success.  At the end of the day, attitude and effort are the only things within my control and I maintain a high level of each in my approach to the sport.

I am looking for a college that will provide a solid education in IT and/or Engineering as well as a wrestling program that I can call "home".
