Jesse Courtney '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, My name is Jesse Courtney. I just recently started my Freshman year at Normal West High School. I am interested in business and finance and will be taking as many classes in that field I can at West to prepare for college. I love the game of baseball, I love all the different parts of how each position requires different skill sets and learning and improving on those skills. I feel like I am different from other recruits in a lot of ways, but most importantly I try to make my teammates better. Last fall my junior high team went to State, and as proud of that as I am, I still think about how much improvement a lot of those kids made over such a short season, and that is what got us there.
