David Swanson '21 Recruiting Profile

My experience playing baseball goes back to the age of 5, and I have played baseball and been a multi-sport athlete since that age.  Growing up in a baseball family, I watched and attended many games.  I quickly found baseball to be my favorite sport to play and also the one that comes most natural to me. As a competitive player with quick reaction skills,  I am strong on both sides of the ball and have often led my baseball teams in stolen bases.  I will hustle and do whatever it takes to make my team better.

As a leader and self-driven individual, I always strive to work hard, be a well-rounded individual, and most importantly be a team player. Every day I am working towards my goal of playing baseball at the collegiate level.  I'm searching for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically.  My talent and work ethic show that I am ready to make an impact at the next level.
