Timothy Gallagher...Personal Statement
My goal for college is to find a university where I can excel on the baseball field and in the classroom as well. I have been playing baseball since I was 6. I currently play year round, even though the weather in the Northeast can make that a challenge. I play summer and fall ball with my travel team, and with my school team in the spring. During the winter you will find me throwing bullpens and practicing my skills indoors or lifting in the weight room trying to get stronger, all while playing basketball for cross training.
I always strive to be my best in the classroom as well as on the field. I never give up in the field, and I am the same way with my school work. I always try to find a way to become better and that is a testament to my great work ethic which I believe will help me play competitive collegiate baseball.
