I have played baseball for for more than 11 years. While I have celebrated most of my victories as a pitcher, I also enjoy playing the corner infield positions at first and third.
As a pitcher I have often been looked upon as the leader, paired with my confidence and competitiveness, I strive to do anything I can to help my team/ me win. I use this mindset in my daily life. Whatever role I have played, I have always given my best effort and tried to support my teammates. My desire to be better has helped me to become a better pitcher. Sometimes my team was put in difficult situations, but they could call on me to recover. I keep my calm in difficult and even desperate situations. I also have the durability and strength to pitch a complete game.
To play college baseball would be a dream come true as “the next chapter” in my baseball career. I plan on studying engineering. I have always excelled in math and science classes. The engineer’s role is to examine why things are broken and must come up with a solution on how to fix them. I used the same tactics with my baseball mechanics. I am looking for a roster opening. I am a hard worker and will do what it takes to earn my spot on your team.
