Sal Dileo '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Salvatore Dileo, I am 16 years old and I have many goals for my near future. Dedicating my life to this game, my dreams have always been to play college baseball. As a competitor and a guy who puts all of his emotions into this game I think I would be a great candidate for your team. On every team, I create a brotherhood between the players which is what sets me apart from others.  As a pitcher I need to trust that the field will have my back and by creating that sort of ride or die, brotherhood enviorment, I find that trusting them comes very natural. Just like on the field, I am a competitor in the classroom. Although I’m not competing against other teams, I compete against myself trying to always learn something new and, do better. I think that respecting the game and putting everything out on the line for it is the key to success and I am ready to bring that mentally to your school.
