Braeden Johnson '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Braeden Johnson. I am a three sport athlete, farm kid from upstate NY with hard work ethic, drive and self determination.  I excel in the classroom and on the baseball field. On my home farm we milk 130 Registered Holsteins as well as sell vegetables on a large scale road side business.  In addition, we recently have ventured into a new Christmas tree business. Coming from an agriculture background has ultimately sparked my  interest further to study my passion in college while contributing my baseball talent and ability to the respective collegiate team. I have always loved playing the game of baseball. I thoroughly enjoy practicing, playing with my teammates and competing athletically.  Dating back to my tee ball days, the game has always had a special place in my heart. I truly have a love for this game and I would like nothing more than to play the collegiate level. 

Some athletic career team accolades range from winning league championships in soccer and basketball, to competing in the section semi final (Section 4) for baseball this past athletic season (2021-22). Competing in different sports has always been a passion of mine. Working everyday in practice to get to that ultimate goal of good team chemistry and a winning mindset is one that I find to be true with my own goals/mindset when it come to competing on an athletic team. As a result, I hope to continue my academic and athletic career at the collegiate level.
