John Kelly '23 Recruiting Profile

Since I first stepped on a baseball field,  it has been my dream to play  at the highest level possible. Growing up , I have always been a leader on and off the field, doing whatever was necessary to achieve my goal.  As I set goals for myself, I am determined to work hard to make them happen. If that goal was winning the game, I would do all I could to push myself and my teammates to keep going until that goal was met.  If that goal was to finish a project in class, I would take a leadership role and make sure my group and I had our task done to perfection.  I possess qualities of leadership and hard work, dedicating myself to whatever I put my mind too. I want to not only go far in baseball but also go far in life, beyond baseball. I understand the importance of my education and will dedicate myself to the books just as much as I dedicate myself to the field and the weight room. I feel I would make a great addition to any team because I will do whatever it takes to help my team excel
