I am a multi-sport athlete playing both baseball and basketball at St. John the Baptist High School in West Islip, NY. I also play MIF/3B for Phenom NY based out of Long Island, NY. I am not only a competitor on the field, I am also a competitor in the classroom. During my first year of high school, I was given a scholar-athlete award due to my GPA. I was Summa Cum Laude and received an academic scholarship for the following school year.
Now over to baseball; I was the JV-A defensive player of the year (MVP) as a freshman. I always understand that you go where the team most needs you and focus on excelling in that role. As a Junior and Varsity starter I have also been named a Team Captain. Throughout my years of baseball, I have had great teammates and I have learned from them how I can not only make an impact on the field but in the dugout as well. I always make sure to play every game as if it is my last because you never know what could happen. Baseball has played a major role in my life and I have a passion for it. Playing baseball at the next level will allow me to grow as a person and continue to focus on the discipline and competitiveness necessary to be the best version of myself.
