I aspire to get a college degree and to play baseball as long as possible. I've been playing competitive baseball since I was 7, and I have never lost the fire for the sport. One of the things that I enjoy most is the practicing and working out, in additional to hanging with my teammates. I have been told by multiple folks that they really enjoy watching me pitch because of my composure on the mound, and the ability to be more economical with my pitching - as the saying goes in the movie Bull Durham, "ground balls are more democratic." I have also been told by coaches that they appreciate how coachable I am. I work hard at all aspects of the game and just love being anywhere on the field. I believe my positive attitude, hard work ethic, the will to win, and my commitment to my team and academic performance makes me a valuable asset for any team/school.
