My name is, Luke Smith, and I am interested in a school that will challenge me academically and athletically. My goal is to play college baseball, get a degree, and hopefully be fortunate enough to play professionally. I am the son of a high school baseball coach and my dad challenges me every day academically, athletically, and mentally. I play basketball and baseball at my high school and my GPA is a 98.5. I understand the hours that are required to be the best athlete I can be and also a great student. I am also real close in receiving my Eagle Scout and I have been a member of the Boy Scouts since I was six years old. Boy Scouts has taught me about giving back to my community and working together with others to accomplish goals.

- ActivitiesI am in Boy Scouts and I hope to have my Eagle Scout by August 2020. I do community service two times a year by going to the assisted living homes in Azle. I participate with my high school team in helping Azle Little League during their three days of try outs too.
