With my parents support, I have been cheering competitively for 9 years. I have been successful competing at many different levels including the National and International levels. I started out my career in cheer as a Flyer/Tumbler and as I grew into a stronger athlete, I transitioned into Main Base/Tumbler. One of my many accomplishments as a competitive cheerleader is being on a team that has earned a bid for the 8 of the last 9 years to compete at the Varsity D1 Summit, one of those years placing 4th out of 78 teams. I extended my passion for the sport and started coaching when I was a junior in HS. I am currently coaching in my second year in the Mini 1.1 Prep division and love being in the gym with the next generation of cheerleaders.
I have a competitive spirit and love being around others that share a drive for the sport. Cheerleading has taught me a lot about responsibility, time management, and gave me a different view on the sport as a coach that very few athletes get the chance to experience. Because of this, I have decided to pursue a career path in Sports Management in hopes of continuing on my endeavor in the sport I love.
