I think I would be a good candidate for your team because I'm a very organized person and a hardworking individual that gives 100% on everything I do. I feel like I can communicate and connect others especially with my teammate very easily. I consider myself as a team player and I always want the best for the team. I'm always there with a big smile and open arms to everyone. I'm always ready to learn something new and achieve it.
I think what makes me different is my work ethic with academics and cheer. School has been never been natural for me and I'm the kid that always has to study on everything or I will fail it. It gets frustrating sometimes but it makes me want to work even harder to better myself. I have learned different study habits like making a lot by making flashcards, rewriting the information down two or three times, watching/researching videos to learn how to process the information differently and etc. With those studied habits, it helped me excell in High School and I hope it helps in College.
Cheerleading was natural to me in some aspects. I did gymnastics when I was little so I learned a little bit of my tumbling but for the rest of my tumbling I taught myself in my backyard by watching youtube videos and teaching myself on the trampoline, then air track then eventually grass. I'm a quiet person but whenever I put that cheer uniform on, I make sure you can hear me cheering on my fellow Bulls and trying to be as peppy as I can to get the crowd into it. With my jumps and motions, I video myself so I can improve and with my jumps I put little ankle weights on to make my jumps higher. I always ask my coaches how I can improve each season and show them of my list of goals I would like to complete during that season. I always try looking up different workout videos online to stay in shape and always running or walking in my neighborhood. I'm willing to put in the work to try everyday to become a better cheerleader and especially as an individual and I can't to see what the future has in stored for me.
