Emma Kellogg '21 Recruiting Profile

I began playing field hockey when I was in the fifth grade, I have played indoor and outdoor ever since. I have played all positions including goalie. My official position now on my High Schools varsity team is right wing mid-fielder. I also fly on defensive corners and insert for offensive. This past year I was given the "coaches award" for excellent work ethic and dedication to my team and the sport. I have been a varsity starter since my sophomore year of high school and hope to be a captain for our upcoming season. I have worked tremendously hard to better my academics skills and accomplish my goals of being recognized on the Northampton High Schools honor roll. During my off season I train by doing cross fit and power lifting and In the spring I play varsity lacrosse. During the summer I attend all camps and clinics possible to better my skills and to improve as a player by competing against older competition. I am extremely hard working and committed to further my  field hockey career at a division two or three school once I graduate.
