Calista Crocker '23 Recruiting Profile

I started playing field hockey my freshman year of high and quickly realized it was my sport.  Unfortunately, Covid hit my Sophomore year, and my team had many obstacles. That experience helped me grow as a person and lead me to re-focus my own efforts on becoming a solid forward capable of playing at the college level. I lead our team in goals and was fortunate enough to be part of an amazing 2021 season. I learned the value of teamwork, commitment, encouragement, and how working as a team produced great results. I'm looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically. I believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but the character, work ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program. As a three-sport athlete, I know that I have what it takes to be a leader on your team!
