After high school my collegiate goal is to attend a four year college that offers art, fashion design and entrepreneurial studies. Being able to play field hockey will be a very important part of my decision. I find my drive to play field hockey significantly influences my drive to get good grades and to use my creativity both on and off the field. My creativity sets me apart from my team because I have been told by coaches it makes me more coach-able and open to new ideas. I'm open to changes, willing to play any position when asked, and eager to learn new plays. I can quickly think on my feet when necessary. While I'm quieter off the field and popularity is not my focus, I'm a leader on the field using my voice, good sportsmanship and drive to make my team the best it can be. Field hockey is important to me and I plan to do as much club, travel, school, and tournament events that I can. I am lucky to have parents willing to drive three hours both ways to take me to D1 Futures practice, to field hockey practice all week and weekend, and camps and tournaments all year long.
