My name is Grace Croft, I am in the graduating class of 2023 and I am hoping to play field hockey at the college level. I am a starting midfielder for my school team. Along with field hockey I also dance, run track, and workout. Field hockey came so natural to me the first time I picked up a stick and I haven't put it down since. My team and my coaches are like a second family to me and they push me everyday to be my best. I am not afraid of a challenge and I always work hard on the field and off the field to stay in shape and better myself. Playing field hockey in college means a lot to me because it will bring new opportunities for me to learn, succeed and compete. I always come out to the field with a positive attitude and ready to work. Whether I am a team captain on the team or not I will always lead my team with optimism. Not only do I put work in on the field but also in the classroom. My academics and succeeding in school means a lot to me.
