Luke Brandt '20 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coach,

My name is Luke Brandt and I am a student-athlete at Dakota Ridge High School in Littleton, CO. I have a goal to follow my Grandfather, Dad and Brother by going to college to earn a great education while continuing to play football for a top program. The reasons that I am a good candidate for your team are:

·        Work Ethic: I have always worked extremely hard at learning and earning strong grades and my GPA is an example of my work. There is no doubt that I look forward to doing the same in college. On the field and with my training, I always give 100% effort. I strive to work harder and smarter every day to help myself and my team.

·        Teamwork: I love the game of football and I love being a part of a team! The guys are what drive me. I have always been involved in team sports, football, basketball and Lacrosse. I really enjoy those other sports, especially basketball but none of them offer the “family” atmosphere and camaraderie that football does for me. The friendships that I have built through football are the best and I look forward to building more of those relationships at the college level.

·        Leadership/Character: I work to be a leader in all that I do. I am very goal driven and my goals help me to focus the decisions that I make on and off the field. My parents, grandparents and family are role models for me and they are always there to support me.

·        Coachable: I am a very coachable player and if you speak to my coaches at Dakota Ridge they will tell you that I listen intently and do what is asked of me while remaining humble in all that I do. I appreciate what I learn every day from my coaches and my teammates.
