My name is Matthew Gipson and I have been playing football since 2016. This game is my passion. My hope is to one day play football at the D1 level and then NFL. This has been my dream and goal since before I ever put on pads. I work hard at this position in practices, camps and off season conditioning. I am a leader on and off the field. I always remain coachable. I have good sportsmanship and I strive to be a great leader for my team. Academically, I am at honors level in all of my core classes. I am a member of the Principal Advisory Council since 2022. I have received honors multiple times through the Student/Athlete program at our school and have received MVP awards through youth and high school programs. These are just a few reasons why I believe I would be a good addition to a college level program.
