Football has been part of me since 5th grade. I’ve always been slightly undersized as a center, but going against bigger NT’s has taught me to find ways to win battles play after play. There is no such thing as taking off a play, whether it’s in practice or a game.
This goes for school - I like to challenge myself everyday. I see myself in college being able to compete in the classroom as well as on the field. I want to be successful on and off the field. I want to be a great teammate.
My rugby coach has 4 principles that I’ve put into my athletic and academics: Be there, do the work, care about quality, and be a great teammate.
