I have been playing football since I was seven years old. Through out my football career I have had to play for three different programs in different towns because my Catholic school did not offer a team. This year I entered my third year of high school and was a 2 year starter at center. We won our sectional championship game and made it to our state final game, we finished second in New York for Class A. I was fortunate to learn from many great coaches, but no matter which program I played for I learned that it takes sacrifice and commitment to be the best. I am a flexible player and have played all offensive and defensive lineman positions as needed for my teams. I enjoy learning about the game of football.
Excellence is something I strive for on and off the football field. This year I am taking part in a leadership program that I was picked to attend for football. My future plans are to pursue a welding or construction management degree. I'm looking for a program that will fit my athletic and academic needs. I have the drive and stamina to excel academically while playing competitively. I look forward to attending a school that will help me reach my academic goals while allowing me to continue my football career.
