My collegiate goals and aspirations are to find ways to apply my skills and love of sports to the classroom. Math is my favorite subject because I am very good at noticing patterns. When I learn a new formula, I can apply it to different scenarios. Football is about patterns, just not with numbers, but with people. Knowing your teammates and how each moves in motion is so important to team success. My ability to apply abstract concepts to concrete human relationships makes me a good candidate. Having bonds connects me to the game more. It helps to stimulate my mind. I love the physicality of football. It’s a strong team competition and it creates intense bonds. What makes me stand out is recognizing the difference between a classroom and a team, in a classroom you need to be more focused and individual, whereas on a team you need to focus on each other in order to focus on how you will move.
