Jason Richards '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello future coaches!  My name is Jason Richards, I attend John Jay Senior High School in the town of East Fishkill New York, graduating in the class of 2026. I am excited to pursue my academic career in sports medicine. I began my athletic journey when I was five years old in martial arts. Recently, I achieved the rank of second degree black belt.  I currently serve my martial arts school in a leadership role. In addition to my love of martial arts, I have developed a passion for the sport of football.  I have personally grown not only as a athlete but as a person. My past coaches have commented that I take criticism well and  that I am easily mentored and coachable. As a freshman I played on the Junior Varsity team , and for the first time in schools history, had an undefeated season. My coaches have also commented about my personal integrity and moral courage. I look forward to playing collegiate level football and continuing to improve in all aspects.
