What makes me different? I truly AM the complete package. I’m a dual threat QB with over 2,000 yards rushing this past season. This year, I led my team through a 10-3 season, we were undefeated in our conference and I was named All Conference Player of the Year. Opponents’ game plan is always: Stop #12 (me). After games, the other teams’ players and coaches commend me for my ability to evade their tackles, outrun them, etc. The officials appreciate my ability to control the demeanor of my team. My coaches value my knowledge of the game as well as my ability to read, react and adjust during a game. They recognize my top-tier skill sets and say I am a hard worker, competitive but not selfish, a smart and tough/physical player, and broadly agree: nobody wants to get into the end zone more than me. I take the game seriously and maintain command of the field whenever I’m playing. I’ve often been recognized for individual accomplishments and, although I appreciate the acknowledgment of my hard work, I measure my success by my ability to lead my team to victory. It’s also important that my teammates share in both the effort and desire needed to win as well as the recognition of their hard work and performance. I consider myself to be my biggest opponent and routinely strive to improve my physical, mental and tactical game. I’m committed to excellence and driven to be the best in every facet of life: athletics, academics, community service and in my dedication to my family and my faith. I have a 4.0 GPA - even taking AP and honors classes - and will graduate with honors in 2025. I hope to play football for a Division I team where I believe I would be an asset to their athletic program, academic environment and community. I bring it all.
In short: I value the game of football and take my commitments seriously.
