Well to start off I am Dalton Reffell and I am a senior at Central Cabarrus High School. I would first like to say that I am a just trying to keep my dream alive, by being able to play college football anywhere if given the chance. Yes, I know I am undersized but that is okay because my work ethic makes up for it. Any coach that gives me a chance to play will see the abilities that I was blessed with to use in the weight room and in the football film. My junior year of high school football, I would say I was a selfish player as a defensive starter. I say that because I felt I needed to do everything for myself and not the team. For me at the time I thought it was a great thing for me, but I slowly started to realize by me doing that I was hurting the team terribly. I have no one else to blame but, myself because I should have done enough to help the team and to also help myself. So when my senior season of football came around, I knew I had to become the best a all around team player by stepping into that leadership role and with that I was voted as one of the team captains by my teammates in which I am very thankful for their belief in me to contribute and lead the team. Well I am not much of a vocal leader, I lead with my play on the football field and with the hardwork in the weight room. If given the chance to play college ball I will be thankful to the coach staff and team that helped me keep my dream alive a little bit longer. Also I am a very competitive person, I want to be the best. Because to be the best you got to beat the best!
