Tristan Keaton '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches, I'm Tristan Keaton and I have one goal in life and that's to be successful. I am the running back at Charles B. Aycock and I want to play at the next level. Nothing comes easy, so I understand that I have to apply myself to be the best that I can possibly be, whether that is in the classroom or on the field.  I am in the gym 5 to 6 days a week for 2 hours a day building strength both physically and mentally. I also incorporate footwork and speed drills independently during my offseason. I strive to have a positive attitude and good body language in order to help me perform at my very best under the "Friday night lights". To do this, I try and focus on the most important fundamentals and always stay goal oriented.
