Cameron Bailey '22 Recruiting Profile

Being raised by a single grandmother, I had to grow up fast. Overcoming obstacles and going through many changes in life helped direct my path. At an early age I had to learn responsibility and appreciation.  As a result, I have been working at a local job since I was 15 while maintaining a good GPA and being involved and excelling in sports.

I moved to Minot, North Dakota from Alabama with my grandma to start out high school. Freshman year I was a starter on varsity on all sides of the ball and maintained my positions through junior year. After sophomore year, I won offensive MVP and All Region Honorable Mention awards. I finished the first semester of junior year with a 4.0 GPA. My coach always says that it always starts in the classroom whether you play on the field or not.
