I believe in, and pursue development in my academics, athletics and character. I work hard to improve my abilities daily, whether it is applying new concepts in math, or throwing or receiving the "skinny post". I also strive to be a solid teammate; this means doing my job in the weight room so I can support my brothers in a game. I also believe it is key to be positive presence on a team, whether teammate needs help with a skill, social challenge or just a friendly face. It is also paramount to accept teaching from coaches and to put that knowledge into action.
I am a multi-sport athlete and I continue to develop my time management skills, to enjoy success as a student and as an athlete. In my grade 9 ,10 and 11 years I earned membership on the honour roll as well as setting an athletic conference record in the 400m. I was also a member of the basketball team as well as varsity hockey and football. I accomplished this while being a AAA and an Ontario Junior hockey player and a member of the Woodstock Wolverines Spring JV football team. I was recently named Delhi District Secondary School Senior male Athlete of the year for 2019/20.
I am pursuing a post-secondary school that will assist me in developing my potential on the field of play and as significant contributing member of society.
