- There was never a time I came out of PLEX gym without having my shirt drenched in sweat. PLEX has been preparing me during my offseason for the 2020 season to come. I have seen great results in conditioning, speed, and strength.

- DST really helped getting me to understand the weight room much better and how to properly use weights. They taught me correct running form and lifting form. Taught me the true fundamentals of weight training.

- I attended Jesuit Athletic Camp as an incoming freshman in the summer. I met all my football teammates here, which really started the true bond between us. We did everything from conditioning to relays and weight training. Unfortunately this year {2020} it had to be canceled due to the Corona Virus Pandemic.
