Marcus Sanchez '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Marcus Sanchez.  I am 16 years old an attend West Grand High School in kremmling, Colorado. I would love to take my game to the next level. I feel like can handle it. My coach says I have the most potential than any other kid he’s coached and is the best shooter he’s coached in his 40 years. The first time I picked up a ball I knew this is what I wanted to do. I’ve loved the game since I was in about the 1st grade. At recess with the kids we would always play pickup games an games of 21. After playing at school I would go hope an out a bin on my bed an just throw this ball inside it for hours pretending like I’m playing for real. I love this game with such passion. Everybody says I have such love for it. I’m always practicing in anything I can. People in town said they rarley see me without a ball in my hand. Since I was in 6 th grade I always played a level above my grade level. In 8th grade my coach wanted me to play on the high school team. During the summer I am at the courts every single day from about till I wake up from when they close. I work on my ball handling, shooting, reading, awareness, passing, and all of the above to help my game out. I will do whatever it takes for me to play at the next level. I’m detacated and am a fast learner.
