Personal Statement

My name is Gunner Rees. Every since I was about 5, I had a dream to play basketball at the collegiate level. I started to play basketball in kindergarten and developed a crazy love for it. I have solid ball handling skills and I am a very skilled shooter. I am very humble on and off the court and very coachable. I believe school comes first before basketball on any given day. I am a hard worker. I believe that anything that you do, you go all out. When I have a goal, I have my mind set on accomplishing it.Some obstacles I have to overcome is my height. I also believe that teamwork is the key to winning a basketball game. I don't think one person can win a basketball game for a team. This is what I bring on and off the court. Basketball is what I do.
