Tristan Brideweser '21 Recruiting Profile

In everything I do, I strive to not just do my best, but THE best, whether that be in academia, athletics, or extracurricular activities. When it comes to my academics, I am at the top of my class and have consistently been a model student. I enjoy cooperating with my peers and helping them succeed. In my athletics, I constantly push myself to get better day by day. I want to be the best player on the court and contribute to team success at the same time. For my extracurriculars, such as Boy Scouts and Key Club, I have had leadership positions, which have taught me how to listen and see multiple perspectives, and how to make the best decisions to benefit everyone. I love having variety in life, which is why I have been involved in so many different sports, clubs, and organizations; I strive to be a well-rounded individual and someone who can be successful in multiple areas.

In college, I hope to play basketball and potentially compete in outdoor track and field as a thrower. The majors that interest me are in the statistics and data science fields. I plan on at least getting my master's degree. 

I am also working on my Eagle Project and have been the Senior Patrol Leader of my troop of more than 50 young men, and in doing so, I have a great deal of experience with leadership and cooperation.
