Soren Holmbo '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Soren Holmbo and I attend Haldane High School in Cold Spring, NY. When I am not studying or training, I enjoy playing ball at our neighborhood court or shooting in my yard with my little sister, Liv. 

I’m still considering career goals but am interested in maybe pursuing a career related in film, and or maybe coaching. I play basketball because I love playing hard, challenging myself to be a smarter player and, perhaps most of all, being part of something great that’s bigger than myself. While a perfect shot, a good steal, and winning tournaments are the best feelings, I honestly love my journey of practicing every day, being with my team and walking out off the court exhausted, knowing I am making myself better. 

After college? Maybe I can transition to playing overseas.  All I know is that I’m grateful to God that I can play basketball.
