ross greenfield '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ross Greenfield,  I am a student athlete at Half Hollow Hills West High School in Dix Hills, NY and will graduate in 2014. I have a 3.7 GPA and have been on the High Honor Roll all three years in high school.  I am a well rounded student but have a strong interest in Math and Science.  I have a passion for basketball, have been playing AAU basketball for the past three years and played Varsity basketball the past two years, starting this past season on a very strong team that includes Division I, II and III recruits and in the past three years produced a first rouind NBA draft pick (Tobias Harris) and a number of strong Division I recruits.  My reputation is someone who is the hardest worker on the court, in games, practice and the gym.  Someone who is high energy, athletic and plays with a fire.  I've been told that I get everyone else around me to practice and play harder. In addition, I have been training all year round at Jerry Powell Basketball Results for the past three years.  My ideal college is one that will challenge me academically and allow me to continue to pursue my interests in Math and Science and a basketball program that will challenge me to work hard, play at a high level with high energy and continue to develop as a player.
