I have been playing competitive basketball since I was in the 7th grade and ever since I picked up a ball I fell in love with the game. From that point forward I knew I wanted to play at the highest level possible. On the floor I am a general, I posses a high basketball I.Q, handle pressure exceptionally well, and most importantly make my teammates better. I have been a leader my whole life and carry that on to the basketball court uplifting my teammates every way possible. One thing I can pride myself on is the ability to listen and learn from coaches and teammates. My capability to be coached makes me an excellent candidate for many programs. Not only do I display a great game on the court, off the court I will display my character and uphold your school to the highest level of honor.
Outside of basketball, I am an extremely hard worker and am driven both on and off the court. I maintain a 3.8 gpa and hope to attend a competitive university where I can major in Biology. As of right now, I would like to pursue Neuroscience in the future but that may change in the coming years. I have over 700 volunteer hours from various events such as working for the Bank of America stadium event crew, BB&T ballpark, and YMCA. I am a member of numerous high school honor society's like the National Honor Society and National Society of High School Scholars. I am apart of "My School Votes", which is a student government group that is apart of promoting the presidential elections. On top of all that I am a co-founder of "U-YUIDEBAIYAH" a non profit organization that donates to orphanages in Ghana a small country in West Africa, as well as founder of "Crossover for Christ" a non-profit organization that helps under privileged kids experience the love of the game while also experiencing God's love. When I am not in my community trying to help others, I am either in the gym or at Harris Teeter where I am a cashier. I attend Moravian Prep in Hudson, NC where I devote myself to the grind.
My final goal is to attend a college that will push me both academically and athletically. I am open to all schools and want to all in all, find the right college that will push me to my limits at the highest levels I am able to obtain. Out of all of this I hope to make my family proud and put myself in position for success in the future. I am ready to out work everyone!
