Ryan Norman '19 Recruiting Profile

I have been blessed to have had many opportunities to play in athletic programs with great coaches who encourage strong character both on and off the court.  I stopped playing football and focused on basketball year round beginning my sophomore year.   My work ethic has helped me to improve my skills each year.  I have always had a passion for sports.  It is not only fun to play, it has served as a great bridge to connect with people in domestic and foreign missions.  Sports is a universal language.   

My favorite sports to play have been football and basketball.  Football helped me develop a toughness which is useful on the basketball court.  I have hopes of playing at the collegiate level.  My strengths on the court include being aggressive and rebounding.  I am a team player with a strong will to win and have been told I am coachable because I take direction well and have a high basketball IQ.
