Eric Klosterman '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Eric Klosterman, and I am a rising senior at Gramercy Christian School. My aspiration is to play collegiate basketball while pursuing higher education. I am an incredibly diligent  worker in both athletics and academics, and if I set my mind to something I will accomplish it.  Since the quarantine began, I have been practicing and working out every day for hours and I have seen tremendous improvement in my game and my physical ability, especially my jumping ability as my vertical is now at  43 inches. God has blessed me with athleticism and a high basketball IQ which are both very useful on the court and would be a benefit to any team I am a part of. In addition, I have been told by many coaches and teachers that I am highly coachable which allows me to grow and excel at a rapid rate. I am inquisitive by nature, and I am not afraid to ask questions or tell a coach I don’t understand a concept he/she is teaching. Perhaps this desire to learn is fueled by my fierce competitive nature that drives me to improve my game every single day. The combination of my diligence, work ethic, and desire to be the best will make me a valuable asset to any college team and academic program that I would be privileged to contribute to.
