My goal while attending college is to achieve a proper education and experience to find a career where I can make a difference while earning a living. Throughout high school, I have worked extremely hard to stay out of any trouble, and maintain a high GPA in honor classes while playing basketball year round (wanted to play football but Bethany didn't offer it as a sport). My understanding of the game of basketball and how it can relate to real life, as in the harder you work toward something, the better the end result will be. I have learned a hard work ethic from my parents which I have applied to my life and basketball career. I am a teenager immersed in my studies and basketball but my big dream would be to play basketball at a collegiate level while earning my degree. What makes me different from other candidates is that I'm able to stay focused while the world around me lets social media persuade them. All my coaches would tell you that I studied playbooks, guided other players on how to be a true athlete, on and off the court, hard worker, and humbled to be able to play game.
