Personal Statement

At a young age playing basketball and being successful in athletics, education and in life is what has motivated me my whole life. Now, as I start to embark on the next chapter in my life with college fast approaching, I have a passion to play basketball at the next level, for a program that has the same passion and commitment to win. My goal is to win 4 consecutive conference titles and do whatever it takes to be successful at the next level. That is my goal on the court.

I have accomplished the Freshman of the year award and the Taylor Lions Holiday Tournament MVP in my junior year. I'm also chasing the 1000th point plateau and it will be reachable early in my senior season.

There should be no doubt that on the court that nobody will work harder than me. I will use my strengths and God given athleticism to the best of my abilities; in any way the team needs. I will be an asset to the team, college and most importantly myself as I continue to grow both physically and mentally.

In college, I will gain personal growth and make friends that will last longer than the 4 years attending college but will become a lifetime of friendship. I do have a strong interest in mathematics as I plan on achieving an engineering degree at a school that can academically challenge me. I know that you're the student first with the title student athlete and that is why I am hungry to succeed at the next level. That are my goal in the classroom.

I will strive for succeed on and off the court over my 4 years at college where it will be an unforgettable experience. I learn how to balance my time at college will be key in my active life.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
