Robert DeLong '21 Recruiting Profile

The driving force behind me is the love of basketball. It started when I was very young and would follow my dad around the court while he was coaching high school basketball. Coming into my freshman year, I was going to my third school in 5 years, and I broke my foot in the summer. I made varsity as a freshman. In my sophomore year they retained a new coach. From then I started all year. My junior year I earned second team All Conference in the Big 8. However the setbacks and accomplishments have not stopped my academic goals of achieving honor roll all 4 years of high school. 

As I aspire onto the next level, I will continue my success in the classroom. With my vision and leadership skills, I have the ability to make players around me successful. This will make me a good fit for any college program.
