Chase Bird '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Chase Bird and I am currently a senior at Buhach Colony High School in Atwater, California. My goals in college are to be the best golfer I can be and compete at a high level. Another reason for going to college other than the cliche of better job opportunities is to find a community to help me better myself and eventually share my talents in the career I choose.
 I also want to find out how far I can go in golf and maintain my high academic achievement throughout my college career. I feel that I would be a great candidate for your team because of my hard work, on and off the Golf Course. Although I have not been playing for a long time, I know what it takes to be good; hard work, dedication, and sacrifice. I have and will continue to take steps in that direction and I will not let any challenges slow me down. What makes me different from other recruits is the fact that I started golf less than 2 years ago and I am a 1.6 handicap. I believe that not only does this show work ethic but it shows determination, that I strive to be the best that I can be in the things that I choose to do.
