I have loved golf all my life. My role model is my Dad who has either played professional golf or taught golf all of his life as well. I am self-motivated and have learned to set goals and work hard to achieve them. Having a great golf game is achieved through focus and hours of dedicated practice and can continually be improved on. My goal is to be a leader, be the best golfer on my team, and to help motivate my fellow team members to be as great as they can be, while also being a good friend and having fun at the same time. I was named MVP for our varsity team as a sophomore and junior. My goal is to earn this award as a senior as well.
I am focused on the course but am equally focused on my school work and do not want to accept being mediocre in the classroom. I have been successful so far achieving over a 100 weighted grade point average and taking many pre-AP classes, AP or dual credit courses. When I complete college with an accounting degree, I want to know that I have put 100% into my schoolwork and that I have the skills I need to successfully live my life. My overall goal is to conduct all areas of my academic and athletic life in a way that would be a positive influence on those around me. I want to make an impact and am definitely excited to be part of a great winning team at a great university!
