2019 HighlightsPersonal Statement
Ever since I was little, I've dreamed of swimming on a competitive collegiate team that would allow me to develop into the best version of myself, both in and out of the pool. My unrivaled work ethic, competitive nature, and positive attitude have given me the opportunity to excel academically and athletically, earning the fourth rank in my class of 660 and a spot on my high school swim team's varsity and state team. Additionally, I know that success is almost never attainable in the short term; it always requires working incessantly towards a goal in the long term, pushing through periods of doubt and hardship, learning that no shortcut is going to get me to where I want to go in life.
