Personal Statement
My dad got me into golf at a young age, and I started taking lessons when I was 7. As my love for the game grew, I started to compete in tournaments at the age of 10. My cousin played college golf at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I have always looked up to him and wanted to compete at the collegiate level ever since I was young. I love the challenge that the game of golf brings, every day is different and it's how you respond to those challenges. Golf is mainly an individual sport, but I love the team aspect of high school golf. I love being around a group of guys because it brings out the best of me since I am very outgoing on the course. I believe that I can bring positive vibes to a team.
