My name is Andrew Isa, I have played competitive ice hockey for 13 years. My main attributes as a forward are my speed, quick release shot, playmaking, and finishing abilities. My drive on and off the ice coupled with a natural ability, resulted in me earning a spot on top teams. 

I am the only 2005 born forward on Kelowna Midget AA, although all the forwards are older, I  placed third in the entire league for points with 11 goals,16  assists in 20 games. I am on the penalty kill unit 1 utilizing my strongest in-game skill- Killing penalties. I also serve on the power-play unit for my goal-scoring abilities.

My contributions lead us to win the U18 provincial  Tier 1 Tournament

In April - June 2022 -  I was selected to join the U8AAA West Kelowna Warriors Spring Team /training program. We will complete in 3 BCSHL Showcases. 

Last spring, I practiced with the 16AAA Rockets.

Back in Bantam -I served as A/Cpt and was one of the top point contributors in the entire league. This helped our team earn a spot at the 2020 BC Tier 2 Championship (which was canceled due to Covid).

I was selected to join the 2019 U15 provincial tournament team BC which competed with the top players in BC. I contributed a goal and assist, helping our team place 3rd ( bronze medal ) amongst the 8 teams

To cross-train -I play school basketball a few times a week, in which I was selected for MVP.  I am known for my speed and compete level -I take athletic development in the mornings before classes, 3 times a week lifting weights in the gym.  I am the starting forward in our senior team helping earn a  first time ever -qualifying at the BC boys provincials where we ranked 6 of 16 teams.  

Overall, I would be identified as a key team player known for Leadership qualities. I currently have an 87% in honors Physics 12 while only being in grade 11.

I would be a solid addition to your team and hope to hear from you, as an NCAA college would allow me to pursue my goal of the highest level of hockey and academics.
