Playing all 4 years as a defenseman at the High School Varsity level has allowed me to develop into a top tier defensive player in the Illinois High School Hockey League. Since the inaugural season as the LZMW YETI my freshman year, our team has vastly improved each season in the standings as we took 2nd place in both the regular season and Divisional playoffs in 2022. Taking every game seriously and priding myself on being a team player, I’m a no-nonsense, coachable player with versatility in playing both defense and offense and was awarded Best Offensive Defenseman in 2022. Whether it’s blocking shots, stepping up physically, or transitioning to Right Wing, I’m willing to do what it takes to help my team win.

In addition to my passion for hockey, I am also a dedicated student with interests in Business and Finance. I maintain a 3.81 GPA and have made the academic honor roll every year of high school. I believe that academic excellence is just as important as athletic success and am committed to pursuing both. I look forward to the opportunity to continue my hockey career at the collegiate level and I am confident I have what it takes to excel both on and off the ice.
