Jack Brachbill '19 Recruiting Profile

    I am a creative and physical player.  I always like to look for the assist and set up my teammates. I have played AAA hockey in Chicago for 6 years even though I live in central Illinois. I've made the commitment to drive at least 2 hours each way for weekly practices. I'd like to find a school and team that is a great fit for both hockey as well as my academic requirements.  Currently I'm playing center, but over the years, I've played all positions making me a very versatile hockey player.  I am a member of the Chicago Mission U18 AAA team in the HPHL.  We face the best teams in the country every weekend. Not only has the tough competition tested my skills on the ice, it has tested me mentally and emotionally.  It is fun to play face to face against top ranked players and teams.

I'm fortunate to be able to play on the teams I've played on.  I'm very dedicated and motivated to play hockey in college and hopefully one day pro.  I don't give up on plays, I'm tough and play the body and finally, I can score and make assists.  I want a team that will not only get me to the next level but help me grow as a person and a hockey player.
