My name is Karissa Heffernan and my greatest passion is running. Year after year, my passion for cross country and track grows greater. The ultimate goal for me is to run at a competitive collegiate level while earning a degree in biology. I work hard to better myself as a runner, while working just as hard in the classroom. I believe with hard work and determination I can reach the goals I have set for myself.
